I led multiple design initiatives, including a new employee self-onboarding experience in QuickBooks Workforce, where users can view pay stubs, time off, and tax info. Drove user base from 574K to 1.45M.
QuickBooks Payroll - business intelligent
As the design/project lead, I shepherded the design, testing, and rollout of the payroll intelligence reports, which empowered customers with a more precise view of business performance. This contributed to 23% growth in the mid-market.
QuickBooks Workforce - AI vision
I led the first AI initiative, "Done-For-You" vision in QuickBooks Workforce Solutions, which automates employee management, payroll, and compliance. I drove alignment and collaboration with a large team: 16 designers and 4 product managers in 4 different locations.
